Cancellation Policy
it’s a deposit is required. This fee will go towards your service. If you need to cancel, please cancel within 24 hours. We will change your appointment ONCE if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours the fee becomes NON- REFUNDABLE. You will need to purchase a new booking deposit. Please also note that the deposit for all packages is none non-refundable. Once a package has started it is NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
