  • How often should I get a facial treatment and why?
    We recommend that you come in every 4 weeks for optimal results. Our membership is designed to help you with based this.
  • What types of treatments or procedures do you offer?
    All of our treatments directly address common skin care concerns of all skin types depending on each client’s skin care goals and needs. Our personalized facials and high-quality skincare combined with our innovative technology will help keep your skin healthy and glowing.
  • How can I maintain professional skin care result at home on a daily basis?
    We know there is no "one size fits all." Maintaining healthy, youthful, radiant skin is a reflection of you. Our wide range of professional skin care products is available for purchase. To ensure the highest quality of customer service, we will personalize the products for you. Our goal is to provide you with expert advice in maintaining your skin through healthier lifestyle choices, appropriate home care products, and preventative skincare treatments.
  • Which facial is right for me?
    Each facial appointment begins with a complimentary skincare consultation focusing on your current health, activity level, diet, and home care routine. Then our skin therapists will customize your facial based on your skincare goals and needs. Your skincare therapist will educate you on the importance of skincare and offer the best home care regimen to follow.
  • What is a “SERIES” of facials and why is it recemented?
    A series of facials is the best way to jump-start your skincare maintenance, especially if you’re looking for positive results, fast! Facial series are generally offered in a series of three or six. They are performed once a week for consecutive weeks and use a chemical exfoliation (AHA or BHA) such as lactic or salicylic acid. The exfoliation used will be determined by your skin therapist based on your skincare goals and history. Payment is paid in full at the beginning of your treatment.
  • Do men facials too?
    Absolutely!!!!! Facials are very beneficial for men too and can help reduce skin sensitivity from shaving as well as other concerns from lack of proper home skincare routines. If you do suffer from sensitivity after shaving, it is recommended that you do not shave immediately before your facial, as this can lead to irritation.
  • What can I expect at my facial appointment?
    Plan to arrive to your first appointment about 5-10 minutes early. You will need to fill out a form listing contact information, allergies and any medications that you are currently taking. Then I will evaluate your skin using a magnify lamp, ask you about your goals for your skin, and make a recommendation for skincare products and treatments to help you reach those goals. A facial generally consists of a cleansing, exfoliation, steam (in the form of warm towels or a machine), massage and a treatment mask.
  • How soon will I start seeing results from my facial?
    Some people see results immediately, and your skin should feel different right away. The skin feels, clean, smooth, hydrated, and reflects a new level of health that’s visibly noticeable. If the skin has more advanced long-term needs, such as treatment of skin aging, acne or hyper-pigmentation caused by hormonal fluctuations or sun damage, results may not be immediately visible; however, skin health will continue to improve as you follow my advice, and use a good home-care regimen.
  • IV Drips
    We offer a wide variety of IV Drips filled with Vitamins, Antioxidants and Electrolytes. Check out our IV Menu to learn more. Standard size of IV Drips is 1000ml.
  • IV Add-Ons
    Would you like to customize your IV Drip? We offer a selection of add-ons, based on your needs. You can select 1 add-on per appointment. The add-on will be charged separately. After you pay for your appointment online, you will receive an additional invoice for the add-on to your mailbox. Please, make sure it is paid prior to your appointment.

  • Medical Pre-Screening & Consent
    All our clients are required to fill in the medical-prescreening and sign the consent form before the appointment. You will be prompted to fill it out during checkout. Your response does not disqualify you from getting an IV Drip, but might require additional medical clearance. Informed Consent must be given by the patient unless they are a minor or has a health care proxy. Patient must be awake, alert and oriented during the IV treatment.   • Cancelation / Re-scheduling
    Appointment cancelation or re-scheduling is only available up to 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time. You can cancel and re-schedule your appointment by phone. You will get a full refund for cancelled appointment. Please be advised that if you cancel your appointment 8 or less hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged full price of the service. Meaning, the appointment cost will be non-refundable. Re-scheduling appointment 8 or less hours before the scheduled appointment time is not possible. If you do not show up to your appointment or you are late 15 minutes, you will be charged full price for the service.
